MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - A drug investigation in Paducah, Kentucky on Tuesday led to the arrest of two men.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, detectives searched a home on Alabama Street on October 28, as a result of an investigation into multiple complaints of suspected illegal drug activity.
During the search, detectives found approximately 81 grams of crystal methamphetamine, along with marijuana, synthetic marijuana, assorted pills, drug paraphernalia, a firearm and cash believed to be proceeds from drug sales.
As a result, detectives arrested 51-year-old Kevin Garnett and 47-year-old Demarco Halliburton, both of Paducah. Halliburton was located inside the home during the search, while Garnett was detained nearby at a gas station.
