ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man killed at his home in Ferguson on July 8 was the witness in a rape case and was offered money to stay quiet, court documents say.
Authorities arrested Lavor Harmon, Anthony L. Young, and his son Anthony D. Young for being involved in the killing of the witness. These three were charged with two counts of first degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action, one count of knowingly exploding or burning. All three are being held on a $2 million cash only bond.
The shooting happened on Bayview Drive around 4:15 p.m. on July 8. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died. He was identified in court documents as Kcorree Warren.
