The owners of the Liberty Mills Corn Maze in Orange County have closed for the year, citing the stress caused by too many unruly guests. The maze had just been awarded third best in the country by USA Today.
According to a Facebook post from owners Kent and Evie Woods, this past weekend they were accosted by guests, sworn at, and accused of being racist. The farm was originally going to close on November 11th. In the final line of the post, the owners say "the bottom line is we are no longer having fun what we're doing."
