Staff and others from the Pregnancy Care Center of Chandler were all smiles Oct. 8 when some valuable and expensive new equipment was unveiled.

The commissioning of “Esther Naomi” — a new mobile van — means the Pregnancy Care Center of Chandler can now provide pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams and other services at locations around the Valley.

The Oct. 8 ribbon-cutting for the van program was attended by Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke, Chandler Chamber CEO Terri Kimble and others.

Compass Christian Church, which started the Pregnancy Care Center about 17 years ago, posted about the ribbon-cutting on its social media.
