BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Madison Williams has been found guilty of felony DUI charges for a crash in which her car plowed into a home and injured a family, leaving a toddler with a skull fracture and broken bones, according to Superior Court staff.
Sentencing is scheduled Dec. 4.
On Sept. 14, 2022, Williams’ Mercedes-Benz C300 ran a stop sign and crashed into a home at Old River Road and Taft Highway, catching fire.
The occupants of the home managed to escape but were injured.
At trial, prosecutor William Mord said breath and blood tests revealed Williams' blood-alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.
