Baltimore, MD – A string of package thefts rattled the Federal Hill neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, as a man casually walked off with parcels from multiple doorsteps, triggering a citywide search to uncover his identity.

The thefts occurred around 3:00 p.m., when the unidentified suspect was captured on surveillance footage targeting at least four homes in the usually quiet, rowhouse-lined streets of South Baltimore. Detectives say the incidents happened in quick succession, all within a concentrated area, and appeared to be carried out by the same individual.
