PLYMOUTH, Mass. —

Lindsay Clancy, the Duxbury mother charged with killing her three children, is asking for her trial to be delayed again.

Clancy is accused of strangling her three children with exercise bands before jumping out of a window of the family's home in 2023.

She was indicted on three counts each of murder and strangulation in the deaths of her 5-year-old daughter Cora, 3-year-old son Dawson and 7-month-old son Callan.

Her trial was scheduled for Jan. 5, 2026, after previously being rescheduled . On Wednesday, Clancy's legal team asked that the trial be pushed to no earlier than May 11.
