South Africa has defeated England by 125 runs to reach the tournament decider in the first Women's World Cup semifinal in India.

Put into bat, the Proteas racked up 7-319 on the back of captain Laura Wolvaardt's sensational 169 from 143 deliveries, which included 20 fours and four sixes in the eastern Indian city of Guwahati.

In its run chase, England was all out for 194 in 42.3 overs, with Proteas seamer Marizanne Kapp claiming the impressive figures of 5-20.
