Ascension Saint Thomas Landing — various outdoor spaces fronting The Gulch and supplementing Nashville Yards — has opened.

Southwest Value Partners (SWVP) and AEG, joint venture partners and co-developers of the Nashville Yards entertainment district and music venue, undertook the project, which offers a general address of 1010 Broadway (read more here ).

A release notes the Landing includes a dog park, a small tiered amphitheater, restrooms, two fire pits, five retail/food-and-beverage structures (to open Nov. 6) and a projection screen (seemingly for outdoor movie showings).
