COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - On Wednesday, South Carolina-based rapper Blacc Zacc was arrested on multiple charges, including RICO Conspiracy and Murder in Aid of Racketeering.

According to court records, 34-year-old Zachary Chapman, known by his rapper name Blacc Zacc, was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Wednesday afternoon and has been booked in a federal prison in Spartanburg

In a 22-page indictment, prosecutors allege Champman was the founder and leader of Dirty Money Entertainment (DME), a street gang based in South Carolina.

As the leader of the gang, the indictment claims Chapman directed all DME activities while sometimes delegating authority to other members and associates with other responsibilities.
