LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - An off-duty Border Patrol agent was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge after crashing into a parked vehicle.

Reports stated Laredo Police officers were sent out to a crash at about 4:17 a.m. on October 24 in the 11100 block of Paso De Jacinto Lp.

The first officers on the scene found a 2019 Mitsubishi that had crashed into a parked 2008 Ford F-150. The driver allegedly appeared to be intoxicated and was identified as 28-year-old Luisdonaldo Aguirre, an off-duty U.S. Border Patrol agent.

No injuries were reported, and Aguirre was arrested on the charge of driving while intoxicated.
