The Columbiana County Career and Technical Center (CCCTC) encouraged students to explore career paths after high school by choosing a plan to be "Employed, Enrolled, or Enlisted," during the October E Decree, part of the What's Your E? initiative.
The initiative is aimed at teaching students about learning their interests, values and strengths and how those elements can guide their future.
The plan uses the What's Your E? initiative to help students know whether they feel they should be employed, enrolled in further education or enlisted in the military upon high school graduation.
"When your career is rooted in purpose and passion, it becomes so much more than a job," State Rep. Monica Robb Blasdel said, who spoke at the event. "It comes your way of making the world better for others."
