The North Bergen High School Marching Band has achieved a historic milestone, winning first place at the Tournament of Bands New Jersey State Championship and setting new school records in the process.

The band’s victory at the state competition, held last Saturday at Toms River East High School, comes one week after the young musicians claimed the top spot at the Chapter 10 Championships with the highest score in school history.
