Coming off last week’s bye, the Seattle Seahawks had 12 players land on their initial practice report Wednesday.

As head coach Mike Macdonald announced earlier in the afternoon, veteran safety Julian Love (hamstring) did not practice after experiencing a “setback” in his recovery last week.

Macdonald said Love’s status for Sunday night’s Week 9 matchup against the Washington Commanders is “in jeopardy” and that the team is considering placing him on injured reserve, which would require him to miss at least four more games. Love has already missed four of the Seahawks’ first seven games.
