CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Halloween is this weekend, and it's better to be safe than sorry. This is how you get all the treats without the tricks.
"So, we know a lot of kids are going to be out trick-or-treating this spooky season, so obviously the first and foremost tip we want to tell everyone is look both ways before crossing the street. Everyone should know that, but we have to be reminded sometimes," said Kyle Ervin, the public information officer for the Charlottesville Police Department.
