GENESEO, Ill. (KWQC) - A water main broke in Geneseo Wednesday night.

The main broke near the intersection of Oakwood Drive and Route 6, according to a Facebook post from Geneseo. City officials said the break is significant.

Officials said people could experience decreased water pressure and discoloration.

Utility crews are getting to the area and will be working on the break, officials said.

There is no boil order.
