South Bloomfield, OH – Officer Morgan Wiseman of the South Bloomfield Police Department has formally resigned from her position following allegations of misconduct while on duty. Her resignation, effective October 17, 2025, comes after an internal investigation into her conduct, which revealed violations of multiple departmental policies.

The investigation was initiated on October 8, 2025, after a complaint was filed by Pickaway County deputy’s wife, who had found text messages from the officer on her husband’s phone during a hot tub situation and alleged that Officer Wiseman had been engaging in personal activities during her shift hours.
