Northern Nevada Public Health and Renown Health are inviting Washoe County residents to take part in a community survey aimed at improving health and well-being across the region.
The survey is part of the 2026–2028 Community Health Assessment, a study that helps guide local programs and services.
The online survey, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete, is available in English and Spanish.
It asks residents to share what matters most to them regarding community health, from food security and transportation to safety, healthcare access, and financial stability.
Participants are also asked to identify their top three health-related needs.
“Residents are encouraged to participate and share their experiences and perspectives,” organizers said.
