PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A bicyclist has died after being hit by a car in Portland’s Hazelwood neighborhood on Wednesday night, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Officers responded to a reported crash between a car and a bicyclist near NE Glisan and NE 113th Ave just before 6:30 p.m.

The cyclist died at the scene as a result of their injuries.

Police say the driver is cooperating with the invesitgation.

NE Glisan has been closed between NE 110th Ave and NE 113th Ave as crews continue working at the scene of the crash.
