Baylor sophomore Ayanna Hamler has been a scoring machine for the Lady Red Raiders soccer program this season. So, when the team needed a goal in overtime of their Division-II AA state semifinal on Thursday, Hamler answered the call.

Her game-winner in the first overtime propelled the Lady Red Raiders back to the state title match. Baylor is in search of their 12th girls' soccer state championship and third straight. They'll look to win it on Thursday at 7 p.m. against Knoxville Webb.

The Lady Spartans got to the title game by defeating GPS 2-1 in the other state semifinal match. The loss denied the area of a Baylor-GPS title match.

Signal Mountain also fell short in the 2A bracket. The Lady Eagles went down 3-1 to Tullahoma in the semifinals.
