Charity Johnson goes all out decorating her yard with a new theme each Halloween, and this year’s theme was “The Wizard of Oz,” but with a spooky twist.

“This year we wanted to do something that was a bit more classic and colorful,” Johnson says. “We always do something that's family friendly, so ‘The Wizard of Oz’ just kind of checked those boxes and with ‘Wicked’ coming out last year and of course (Part 2) coming out this year, we just knew it would kind of hit all the generations.”

Charity won the Pocatello Art Council’s first ever Golden Pumpkin Award for best overall Halloween display.

However, the decorations aren’t just something to admire while walking up to the door. Trick-or-treaters will have to walk through the interactive display to get their treats at the end.
