Bhubaneswar : The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a nowcast warning for 16 districts in Odisha, predicting light to moderate rain or thundershowers with lightning and gusty surface winds of 30-40 kmph over the next three hours.

According to the nowcast warning issued at 10:30am, the affected districts include Khurda (including Bhubaneswar city), Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Puri, Kendrapara, Malkangiri, Koraput, Ganjam, Bhadrak, Keonjhar, Balasore, Dhenkanal, Rayagada, Gajapati, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, and Jagatsinghpur.
