Barnaby Joyce has denied allegations he yelled at a Nationals staffer over a personal leave matter.
The New England MP may be facing a formal complaint made to the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS) after reports he allegedly raised his voice at a female staffer in National whip Michele Landry's office yesterday.
It is alleged Joyce also invaded the woman's personal space during the five-minute exchange.
Joyce had reportedly requested to take personal leave for a funeral today and had been told to lodge it via a form.
He did not attend parliament in Canberra today.
"Barnaby does not agree with the allegations," a spokesperson for Joyce said.
"There is a process for such claims through the Parliamentary Services and this is the appropriate way for any investigatio
