KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -Off and on showers will continue this morning as a big low pressure system moves out of the area. Winds will be southwest at 10-15 with higher gusts in the mountains.

THURSDAY: Lingering scattered showers early in the day will make way to isolated afternoon showers and a mostly cloudy sky. Very breezy with highs only in the upper 40s to low 50s at best. Winds will shift to the west at 10-20 mph with higher gusts.

🎃🎃🎃 HALLOWEEN: Partly cloudy, chilly and dry with highs in the mid to upper 50s in the afternoon. Temperatures should drop into the 40s for TRICK-OR-TREATERS, so be prepared to have the kids dress in layers or heavy coat.
