WEDNESDAY: Widespread rain will move in early and linger through the day. It could be heavy at times. Highs will only reach the low to mid 5Os with a northeast wind at 10-15 mph. A WIND ADVISORY is in effect all day for the Smokies down to the foothills where gusts could reach 40 mph. 1 inch of rain or more is possible in spots.

THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Highs will remain in the 50s.

🎃🎃🎃 HALLOWEEN: Chilly but dry with highs in the mid to upper 50s in the afternoon. Temperatures should drop into the 40s for TRICK-OR-TREATERS, so be prepared to have the kids dress in layers or heavy coat.
