22-year-old Edmond man charged with 39 counts of child exploitation

EDMOND — A 22-year-old Oklahoma State University student faces 39 counts of child-related sex crimes after investigators determined he was posing as a teenager on the social media and messaging app Snapchat .

Teagen Dane LeBlanc is charged in Oklahoma County District Court with 29 counts of soliciting sexual conduct with a minor; six counts of lewd acts with a child under 16; one count of aggravated possession of obscene materials involving the participation of minors under 18; two counts of child sexual exploitation; and one count of using a computer to violate Oklahoma statutes.
