Chef and owner Joe Cash is a high-contrast guy. The restaurant’s high ceilings, exposed brick and arched mercury-glass mirrors breathe an Old World elegance on a contemporary menu. It blends new elements with classics, like an updated perspective on Peking duck with traditional caviar prep. It balances feminine outdoor dining adorned with florals against masculine leather gangster booths inside.
