BEAUFORT, S.C. (WSAV) - A second lawsuit has now been filed against a fired Beaufort County deputy accused of threatening kids with a gun while he was drunk.

As the Guardian ad Litem for a minor known only as "N.P.," as well as the father of Dominic Pepitone, Joe Pepitone filed the suit against Master Sergeant William Squires, Brian Stahlheber, and five "John Does," all allegedly involved in the incident involving several young boys walking through his neighborhood.

The lawsuit says Squires and the other defendants caused "serious physical and psychological trauma injury to N.P.," a minor and Dominic Pepitone.
