BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – On Monday, Oct. 20, along 23rd Street in Panama City, Trump Store manager Cynthia Hollingsworth opened a piece of mail that resulted in a frightening reaction.

"It said Trump Store. So, I flipped it over and opened it. Just out of habit, not reading the whole thing. And as I laid the envelope down on the counter, I realized that it didn't have a return address on it, but I already had the letter in my hand," Hollingsworth said.

As soon as she opened the envelope, she says her fingers started itching and burning.

"You ever had like, poison oak or anything like that, how it spreads and it burns as it goes. It went all the way up my face, down my neck, all the way to my elbows, "Hollingsworth continued.
