Carlstadt Man Found Dead In Truck At East Rutherford Lowe's, Cops Say

A man was found dead in a semi-truck in the parking lot of a Bergen County Lowe's this week, authorities confirmed.

East Rutherford police were called to the parking lot of the Lowe's store on Route 17, where the man was found unresponsive around 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, Police Capt. Jeff Yannacone said. 

The 52-year-old Carlstadt resident was subsequently pronounced dead. His death was not considered suspicious, police said.

An official cause of death was pending an autopsy by the medical examiner's office, Yannacone said.
