SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Onondaga County Health Department released its inspection reports for restaurants checked from Oct. 12 through Oct. 18.

The sandwich shop received six violations, with two in critical condition.
Foods not protected from contamination by other sources (critical):
The inspector found various spray bottles of liquid chemicals not labeled with contents. This was corrected, and all bottles were labeled.
Improper cooling and refrigerated storage of potentially hazardous foods (critical):
The inspector found a fliptop cooler at the cookline ambient temperature noted at 52°F from the inspector's thermometer. All TCS foods were recorded at between 51-55°F
