ROCHESTER, Minn.- Several mayoral elections and referendums are set to take place across southeast Minnesota and northern Iowa on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

Ahead of election day county officials in Olmsted County and Cerro Gordo County say there are several ways voters can prepare.

In Minnesota, Luke Turner, Olmsted County's associate director of property records and licensing, says voters can check their registrations status, ballot and voting location ahead of time on the Minnesota Secretary of State's website.

Adam Wedmore, the Cerro Gordo County auditor, says the Iowa Secretary of State's office has a similar function.

If voters have any questions in either state, both say they can call or visit their local county elections office to learn more.
