DALLAS — One of Henderson Avenue's biggest projects is going vertical, the developer announced.
The Henderson Avenue development, which comprises 10 buildings, is reaching a new phase of construction, Dallas-based development firm Ignite-Rebees said in a press release.
The new 161,000-square-foot development will create a walkable corridor with retail, dining and office space, the release states.
“This phase marks a visible turning point from groundwork to skyline,” Mark Masinter, who leads Ignite-Rebees, said in a press release. “We’re not just building structures. We’re building a new experience of place, energy, and connection on Henderson Avenue.”
The first structure going vertical on the site is a three-story “hotelized” office hub, comprised of four buildings, called Henderson Ea
