Agartala, 30 th October 2025: In a bid to prepare college students for future professional roles, the NB Institute for Rural Technology (NBIRT) inaugurated an induction course on October 27 at the Arkaneer Auditorium in Sekerkote. The initiative aims to equip students with practical insights into organizational goals, policies, work culture, and skill enhancement.

A total of 11 fourth-semester students from Rabindranath Tagore Mahavidyalaya, Bishalgarh, have enrolled in the program. Over the course of two weeks, concluding on November 11, participants will engage with various NBIRT projects to gain hands-on experience and develop competencies essential for workplace excellence.
