Two couples have come together to open a new coffee shop in a Cambridgeshire village. Dan Heath and Alistaire Ryan, who originally met at school, decided to set up the Roost Coffee House in Fordham.

They will be managing the business alongside their partners Lottie and Sasha, after the two bumped into each other years later at their children's school.

The business partners hope to create a space that is "very much for the community" to "fill a gap" in the village. Mr Heath said: "We both live in the village of Fordham and one thing we've always felt was lack was a coffee shop.

"We felt like the demographic of people that live here was perfect for that sort of shop. It just so happened that a plot was available for some time. The owners were slightly hesitant at first but when we put
