HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- On Thursday, more than a thousand high school students from Connecticut and western Massachusetts piled into the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford for the Aerospace Alley Tradeshow.
Students learned about aerospace manufacturing and available job opportunities. The event allowed students to open their minds to a high-tech industry.
"I feel like this is very cool because it can show everything, like how things are made, the blueprint of certain things," Mariana Ferreira, a student at Chicopee Comprehensive High School, said.
"I feel like it's very intriguing to everyone, and it gives everyone different views on certain stuff."
