There will be a nor'easter-type storm impacting our state this afternoon & tonight with a period of heavy rain, gusty winds, spotty outages & some high tide coastal flooding. It should be mostly dry for trick-or-treaters however, it will be very windy & dress warmly with a forecast wind chill in the 40s!
