More clouds hanging around through Wednesday with an isolated shower. There will be a nor'easter-type storm Thursday afternoon into early Friday with a period of heavy rain, gusty winds & some high tide coastal flooding. As of now, the storm should pull away just in time for Trick-or-Treaters (Friday late afternoon/early Evening). It will be windy, but for most towns it should be dry!
