CO (Conservation Officer) Emmitt Winkels (Little Falls) focused on public land violations on local WMAs. As a reminder, stands left unattended overnight can be used as a public stand, but they do not become public property. An individual cannot take any stand that is not theirs or that they do not have permission to use. The taking of a stand is theft. Winkels also spent time on ATV violations, including individuals riding in the Platte River. Time was also spent on waterfowl hunting.

CO Andrew Struffert (Pierz) worked waterfowl, small-game, big-game, and ATV enforcement.
