Hours spent on the road and weekends in Hobart or Launceston are customary for Sam Omahony during the summer.
But this weekend's southern road trip will have extra meaning for the 23-year-old, who will play his 100th game for the Greater Northern Raiders.
The Devonport product, who has spent six seasons with the Cricket Tasmania Premier League club, is the first male in the program's history to notch up the milestone.
"It was a bit of a shock that I was going to get it earlier this season. I don't think I've clicked over 50 or 60 first-grade games at Devonport," Omahony said.
"It feels like I've been at Devonport for a hell of a lot more games.
"I've been pretty committed [to the Raiders] the last five or six years to playing the best cricket I can. It's nice to just notch up 100 ga
