PERRY — Kimberly S. Washburn, 68, of Perry passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, (Oct. 21, 2025) at home.

Kim was born June 3, 1957, in Hornell, a daughter of the late Lynn and Joyce (Allen) Washburn.
