There have been new arrests connected to the death of Robert De Niro ‘s grandson, Leandro Anthony De Niro-Rodriguez .

If you don’t know, last month, Robert ‘s grandson tragically passed away at 19 in 2023.

According to a report, five more people have been arrested in connection to his death.

He was found dead in 2023 from what appeared to be an accidental drug overdose. See the official ruling.

Now, five suspects are being charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances resulting in death, per NBC 4 New York .

“The defendants allegedly used social media to promote and sell drugs across New York City and parts of Long Island. They allegedly doled out thousands of fake Xanax pills laced with fentanyl to teens and young adults,” per the report.
