The No. 5 Flagstaff Eagles girls flag football team ended its regular season on a high note, beating their crosstown rival, the eighth-ranked Coconino Panthers, 23-10, at Flagstaff High School on Wednesday.
On their opening drive of the game, the Eagles weren’t able to get much of anything going and punted away to Coconino after just a few plays, but their defense had their back.
