LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WSMV) - La Vergne City Hall and city court were back open Thursday, for the first time since a cyber security incident earlier this month.

The city shut down all of its offices to investigate the breach on October 17. On Monday of this week, some of the offices had a soft opening.

The library is still closed, among other things. The city said its scheduled meetings will continue, but they will not be livestreamed.

“The City remains committed to maintaining public access and transparency while technical adjustments are made,” a message from the city said. RELATED: ‘Soft opening’ planned Monday for La Vergne offices after suspected cyber attack
