BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A grand jury handed up an indictment today against Gad Black, the man accused of killing Caleb Eisworth earlier this year.
Black is charged with first-degree murder.
Black allegedly rammed into Caleb Eisworth on his way home on Joor Road on June 16, 2025. Eisworth was hospitalized after that crash and died months later on August 10, 2025.
