BILLINGS — The Rimrock Foundation, which treats substance use and behavioral health issues, has announced it is expand to Bozeman — the organization’s first location outside of Billings in its more than 50-year history, per a Thursday press release.
The foundation said the move reflects its commitment to doubling individuals served annually from 3,000 to 6,000 while addressing the growing demand for treatment and recovery services across Montana.
Bozeman was chosen based on both need and opportunity, the release said. A recent CDC study identified Gallatin County as the “drunkest county in America,” with nearly 27% of adults reporting excessive drinking. Montana also remains among the highest in the nation for impaired-driving fatalities, with 66% of all traffic deaths linked to alcohol
