SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - The couple accused of performing sex acts on a JetBlue flight in July in view of two children and their mother will not be prosecuted in Sarasota, court records show.
In documents filed in Sarasota County Court Oct. 30, the state attorney’s office has declined the charges of lewd and lascivious conduct against Trista L. Reilly, 43, and Christopher Drew Arnold, 42,
In September, prosecutors told ABC7 a jurisdictional question was slowing the case.
The court documents did not say if another jurisdiction was taking up the case. ABC7 has asked the state attorney’s office for clarification.
