Around 150 Transport for Greater Manchester staff marched in Manchester city centre today (October 30) in an ongoing dispute with their employer over pay.
Those on strike included interchange and office staff, route planners, IT technicians, administrators, control room operators, passenger assistance staff and cleaners.
They are represented by Unite and Unison unions, who described the latest offer of a 3.2% pay rise from TfGM as 'inadequate' and below inflation.
