Blue Jays manager expects George Springer to be in the lineup for Game 6

During Game 3 of the World Series, Toronto Blue Jays slugger George Springer injured himself. After swinging at a pitch, he instantly grabbed his back in pain and had to be removed from the game.

Initial reports indicated he was dealing with right-side discomfort. Many expected it to be an oblique injury, which could have cost him the rest of the series.

Springer sat out Game 4 and Game 5, but was seen with his helmet on late during Game 5. He was available as a pinch runner, but that never came to fruition as the Blue Jays were able to pull away from the Los Angeles Dodgers .
