(WPTA) - Kroger and Target are providing incentives to customers to get vaccinated ahead of the sick season.
Individuals who receive vaccinations through their pharmacies will be eligible for in-store discounts.
Kroger
Kroger says customers who receive the flu vaccine will be eligible to get $5 off their groceries.
Customers who receive an additional vaccine during the same visit will be eligible for $20 in savings.
No appointment is needed, and the retailer says flu, COVID-19, RSV, and other vaccines come at no cost with most insurance plans.
Customers are simply asked to mention the offer at the pharmacy, which will load the savings to their card/account.
The offer runs through November 15.
